abstract = "SBCDA (Brazilian System of Environmental Data Collection) is
responsible for collecting environmental data to be processed,
stored and transmitted in real time to its users. This is possible
through a set of Satellites, Data Collection Network and Mission /
Reception Centers. In order to contribute to this system, the
CONASAT Project was created, which conceived a mission with
nanossatellites in the CubeSat standard to serve the SBCDA. The
equipment that communicates between the Data Collection Network
and the Reception Centers is the DCS Transponder. This article
presents the Electrical and Functional Test Plan of the DCS
Transponder that will be used by CONASAT''s CubeSats along with
the results of these tests. The Verification and Test Plan shall
ensure that the DCS Transponder meets the Design Requirements
defined in the Product Specification. In addition to the
description of the tests, the main results are presented.",
